Sony Ericsson seemed to have 2 Windows Phone 7 devices in development for Q1 in 2011. The first, Xperia X7 will feature a big 4.3" WVGA display running with a blazing-fast Qualcomm MSM8260 1.2GHz CPU. The camera is capable of taking up to 8 megapixels photos and 720p HD video. There is also mention about it having HDMI output with Dolby Digital Plus surround. For those who loves large screen devices, the X7 is here to compete with the HTC HD7 and Samsung Omnia 7, with better specs of course.
The second device, being the Xperia X7 Mini, is the little brother of the X7. It features the same WVGA resolution as its big brother, but in a more-pixel-packed 3.5" panel. The X7 Mini is packed with a Qualcomm QSD8250 running at 1GHz. This is the same Snapdragon processor found in older models such as the HTC HD2 and Google Nexus One. However, the camera is even more powerful that the X7, shooting at 10.1MP with 720p HD video recording and is capable of 3x optical zoom.
