November 20th. 2010, 5:00pm Jim Leyritz was acquitted of his DUI manslaughter charge today. ”The 2007 crash that killed a Florida woman, according to an Associated Press report. Leyritz was convicted, however, on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence that carries a maximum of six months in prison.
